Native or cross-platform for iOS and Android?
For most products, one cross-platform codebase (React Native or Flutter) ships both apps for roughly 30-40% less than two native builds, and it's cheaper to maintain. We still go native when the product leans hard on device hardware or heavy graphics, and we'll tell you which case you're in.
How long does a build take, and what if scope changes?
A focused marketing site is about 3-5 weeks; a full web or mobile app is usually 8-14 weeks. You get a fixed timeline after a short scoping audit, and scope changes go through a shared backlog so cost never moves silently.
Do we own the code and the app-store accounts?
Completely. Everything ships into your own repository, and the App Store and Play accounts are in your name. No licences, no lock-in.
Do you maintain the app after launch?
Yes. Plan for ongoing maintenance at roughly 15-20% of the build cost a year, plus store fees ($99/yr Apple, $25 one-time Google) and hosting. We're upfront about running costs before you start.
